Ingredients
60 ml mint cordial
50 ml rum
100 ml Cava
2 drops of Angostura Bitters
To garnish: A slice of lime, and a few mint leaves
Instructions

Begin by placing an ice cube in the glass.

Pour in 40 ml of aged rum to add some sweet notes. Add 15 ml lime juice, and 60 ml mint cordial.

Finish off with a Cava top that will add a hint of dryness, balancing the sugar.

Finally, add a few drops of Angostura Bitters, and garnish with a slice of lime and a few mint leaves.
