The D.O. Cava presents the new regulations at the international competition Mundus Vini in front of more than 100 professionals from five continents.

Within the framework of the Mundus Vini Competition, organised by the German publishing house Meninger, a presentation and commented tasting of the D.O. Cava was held on Saturday 28 August for the jury of the competition.

In compliance with the health regulations in force, the well-known journalist David Schwarzwälder, journalist, teacher, sommelier trainer and specialist in Spanish wines, highly reputed in the German-speaking markets, presented the new segmentation and zoning regulations of the D.O. Cava to the more than 120 experts from the wine sector.

The presentation of the new regulations was accompanied by a representative tasting of the different categories of Cava. This long-awaited explanation by the professionals attending this international competition was designed to promote the quality and marketing of the wine.
