A Cava Discovery Tasting with Tom Rhodes and Oz Clarke

On October 22, as part of the Cava Discovery Week campaign in the UK, a virtual foodie tasting was held with the UK´s  famous wine experts, The Three Wine Men (TWM).

The tasting was hosted by Oz Clarke and Tom Rhodes, this year’s winner of Masterchef UK, and the president of Cava DO, Javier Pagés. Through this special tasting, the audience was able to recreate together Tom´s dishes and check how versatile Cava is and how well it pairs with food.

The Cavas presented were all tasted by Oz Clarke, and given a TWM score, the results are published on www.threewinemen.co.uk.
