D.O. Cava Seminar at the Institute of Masters of Wine of the United States
Masters of Wine Mary Gorman MW, Charles Curtis MW and Nick Jackson MW present a week of face-to-face seminars on sparkling wines at the Masters of Wine Institute in Seattle.
Thus, on February 18, more than 90 professionals, students and active Masters of Wine will attend a Masterclass on the D.O. Cava, discovering its origins, the traditional method, the grape varieties, its high quality and versatility.
For the occasion, attendees will be introduced to the top category of Cava with a tasting of a Cava de Guarda Superior de Paraje Calificado.
The Institute of Masters of Wine is the highest recognition of exceptional expertise in the world of wine. What began over 65 years ago as an examination for the wine trade in the UK is now a globally recognized title held collectively by a worldwide family of Masters of Wine.
