Cava with José Pizarro
Renowned Spanish chef José Pizarro will create personalized menus highlighting the diversity of Cava offerings at his 3 London restaurants for a week, expanding the framework of activities that will take place this year for the new edition of "Cava Discovery Week".
José believes that tapas are for everyone, and that home cooks don't have to be scared by the idea of cooking many dishes: it's all in the preparation and keeping it simple. This mantra of simplicity, coupled with José's charm, enthusiasm and passion for Spanish food, has led to José appearing on some of your favorite food TV shows. On BBC 1's Saturday Kitchen, José has also appeared on Sunday Brunch, This Morning on ITV, Weekend Kitchen with Waitrose, Rick Stein's Christmas, Food Network's The Big Eat and James Martin's Saturday Morning.
