BWW: Cava: The Magnificent Seven with Ramón Francàs
In this presentation and tasting held by journalist and sommelier Ramón Francàs, have proposed to offer an unprecedented experience with super-exclusive cavas. All of them are products that are still available in the market and with a minimum of 10 years of ageing.
Most are of extremely limited production. They are the '7 magnificent' of Cava. They are not all those who have crossed the limit of a decade of ageing with their lees in the bottle, but we do believe that it is a very good representation of the qualitative pyramid of DO Cava.
Ramón Francàs Martorell (Vilanova i la Geltrú, Barcelona. 1967). Journalist and professional sommelier, wine steward professor and a passionate enthusiast of the wine world. He works for La Vanguardia, a spanish newspaper.
