On November 30, the restaurant and winebar Corkbuzz in New York opens the doors to an in-person seminar of the D.O. Cava.
In collaboration with the international organization for wine professionals, Guildsomm, we will offer a seminar followed by a tasting for professional sommeliers, led by Adam Weddall, Cava Ambassador certified by Cava Academy.
Thus, wine professional Adam Weddall will conduct a complete tasting of 6 Cavas with good distribution in the United States, in addition to presenting in front of the expert audience the latest novelties of the Appellation of Origin.
