The CAVA Designation of Origin is taking part in an extended Passeig de Gourmets in Barcelona, featuring tasting menus, signature canapés, creative pastries and gourmet set menus.
This year, 21 restaurants will showcase their culinary talent with seasonal dishes paired with premium Cavas, with highlights including ‘Creative Pastries’ – an event that has doubled its number of participants compared to 2025 – and ‘Signature Sandwiches’, which has the highest number of participating restaurants.
