Pairing with Cava at the Sofartcafe restaurant in Valencia
Sofartcafe is one of the trendist spots in Valencia, a restaurant offering authentic and high-quality food as well as functioning as a hub for a great diversity of events, such as concerts, exhibitions, workshops for children, documentary screenings and sensory tastings.
On October 26 there will be a special pairing with Cava, limited to just 12 people due to the health restrictions related to COVID-19.
For the occasion, the menu will be:
CAVA DE GUARDA with mackerel, figs, chives and herring caviar.
CAVA DE GUARDA SUPERIOR RESERVA 18 MESES with hake tempura.
CAVA DE GUARDA SUPERIOR GRAN RESERVA 30 MESES with Galician chicken liver, chimichurri, Colombian arepa (corn cake) and kombu seaweed.
CAVA DE GUARDA ROSADO (rosé) with slow-cooked beef tongue, corn on the cob, and seasonal mountain mushrooms.
