On Monday, 26 January 2026, as part of Madrid Fusión, the Cava Designation of Origin will participate in the official gala of the congress, the most exclusive social event of Madrid Fusión, which will take place in the evening at the Real Casa de Correos in Madrid.
The D.O. Cava will have a tasting bar, with the aim of introducing Cavas de Guarda Superior to a highly qualified audience, made up of nationally and internationally renowned chefs, influencers, specialised press, institutional representatives and congress partners.
