Hotel Wine Fest 2026
From 21 January to 4 February 2026, the D.O. Cava will sponsor the Hotel Wine Tour, a gastronomic festival created by Hotel Tapa Tour, in collaboration with Barcelona Wine Week (BWW).
For 15 days, the D.O. Cava Route will be available as part of the Hotel Wine Tour Festival, shining brightly in the impressive five-star Cotton House Barcelona hotel.
The hotel will offer two different pairing options: a tapa or small plate and a tasting menu with D.O. Cava, both paired with Caves selected by the chef.
The participating hotels will compete for the Best Hotel Wine Tour Pairing Award 2026. The award, which will be presented by a professional jury of gastronomy and wine experts, will be presented during Barcelona Wine Week.
Hotel Wine Tour is part of the official BWW Likes the City! programme, which brings together activities and experiences that connect the city, gastronomy and wine beyond the fair.
