On October 3rd, as part of the Cava Discovery Week campaign, the Cava DO will promote an activity for New York's leading media, featuring a Cava masterclass by Mary Gorman-McAdams MW and a panel of Cava ambassadors, including the renowned Mike DeSimone, Spanish critic for Wine Enthusiast magazine.

Industry and media guests will enjoy an educational experience followed by a food pairing with Corkbuzz Union Square's supplier partners.
