As part of Barcelona Wine Week (BWW), the D.O. Cava is organising a tasting entitled ‘The versatility of cava through new Spanish cuisine’.
The tasting will be led by sommelier Robert Tetas and chef Camila Ferraro, both former members of El Celler de Can Roca and now at the helm of their own restaurant, Sobretablas (Sevilla), one of the most prominent names on the new Spanish gastronomic scene. Their culinary approach, based on the essence of traditional cuisine with contemporary techniques, will highlight the personality and versatility of Cavas de Guarda Superior.
