On June 22, D.O. Cava will host an exclusive event at Manhatta in New York, bringing together 25 selected importers, sommeliers, beverage directors, and specialized media.
Hosted by Mary Gorman-McAdams, the experience will feature an educational masterclass, a tasting of Guarda Superior Cavas, and a curated food-pairing lunch designed to showcase the identity, diversity, and gastronomic potential of D.O. Cava, with a second expanded edition planned for Miami in September.
