Charlotte will guide you through four exceptional Cavas alongside a specially curated menu, presented by José. The Wine Collective UK will be helping to promote activity across independent retailers and José Pizarro restaurants. The four wine influencers will be attending the José Pizarro consumer dinner and visiting participating venues throughout the week.

Charlotte Kristensen will also be interviewing José Pizarro on 29th November about his perception of Cava in the UK and how we can help consumers learn more about these famous Spanish bubbles made in the traditional method.
