To say gracias to our Cava Discovery Week partners, we are setting a special evening to showcase the diversity of Cava and celebrate the marriage of this versatile sparkling wine with a casual seasonal menu.

On October 3rd, as part of the Cava Discovery Week campaign, the Cava DO will promote an activity for New York's leading media, featuring a Cava masterclass by Mary Gorman-McAdams MW and a panel of Cava ambassadors, including the renowned Mike DeSimone, Spanish critic for Wine Enthusiast magazine.
Industry and media guests will enjoy an educational experience followed by a food pairing with Corkbuzz Union Square's supplier partners.

As part of the Cava Discovery Week, from October 5 to 8, the 4-star hotel and resort The Lodge at Woodloch, will offer different activities around Cava.
